She is consistently praised by the students and trainees for her dedication and style of teaching. She teaches more than science – she teaches the Art of Medicine, from minute observations of skin moisture in thyroid disease, to keen interest in patients’ social history affecting overall care. Her professionalism is so admirable that no typhoon or traffic can stop her from being present and punctual. Her style of teaching is incomparable, personal, thoughtful, and priceless. She has inspired many of our trainees to make concrete steps in becoming better medical educators and this among many others, is her legacy.
