Glaucoma is a group of diseases that cause optic nerve damage, and can result in irreversible vision loss and blindness.
Anyone can get glaucoma, for reasons not fully understood. Glaucoma tend to run in families, and most often occur in people over 60 years.
Early detection and treatment of glaucoma can protect eyes against serious vision loss.
In this webinar, Dr. Margarita Lat-Luna will talk about detection and treatment of glaucoma in the elderly.
